Our Second Haas Culinary Trip to Italy is about to take off, visiting Romagna, the foodies' paradise of Italy. We will leran how to make pasta from scratch, but also desserts, boars and polenta. We will visit a balsamic vinegar facility in Modena and taste olive oil from the mill in Brisighella. It will be an unforgettable experience!
